Fitting guide for heated towel rail. Infrared heating panels should be wall mounted vertically and in zone 3 of the bathroom away from direct water contact. The towel rail itself is not heated. The 60cm towel rail attaches to the reverse side mounting framework. New panels will have predrilled holes ready for attachment.
