Purchase and Delivery.

Our terms are very simple, we ask that you pay us via Paypal in our shop, and we will deliver to you from stock within 14 days from receipt of that payment. Delivery is often a couple of working days as we will use a first class courier. We advise that you check the packaging on receipt and if in any way damaged please note this on the acceptance docket and advise us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept damaged claims after this time. Your statutory rights are not affected. If for any reason the goods are not in stock, we will advise you within 8 working hours, and give you an estimated delivery time. If this is not acceptable, we will refund your money in full.

 

Cancellation of Order and your Consumer Rights
You may cancel a contract formed between us at any time within seven working days of the day you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy as set out below. You are liable to pay the return carriage cost, this can be arranged with our carriers.

 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your infrared heating panel or feel that is not heating the room satisfactorily, please get in touch with us, we may be able to offer some advice about programming or positioning of the heater. If you really do not like infrared heating and wish to return the panel please get in touch with us and follow the refunds policy as set out below. You are liable to pay the return carriage cost, this can be arranged with our carriers.

 

Warranty Returns

Our panels come with a one year manufacturers guarantee. In the past we have extended this to a two year guarantee. All panels from 1^st July 2013 will be eligible for a five year guarantee by returning a guarantee card in the post. We are confident with the reliability of the new technology to honour the five year guarantee and hope the panel will go on working for many years.  If your infrared heating panel should fail in any way please contact us immediately, the panel should be returned to us as per the returns policy set out below. Please ensure the panel is carefully packaged.

 

Our returns policy

Please contact us by phone or email to arrange return of the heating panel. Tel or email [email protected] and for confirmation of our returns procedure.

Any products returned must be in the original condition and packaging, along with all paperwork relating to the sale. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

 

Refunds – Only when we agree to cancel or refund an order in full will it be refunded to your credit/debit card/paypal account in accordance with our refund policy. We will examine the returned product and notify you by phone or email to confirm if you are entitled to a full refund.

A refund can only be made to the payment card or paypal account used to purchase the goods.

This provision does not affect your rights under law as a consumer.

We will refund the purchase price in full of defective products and items cancelled within seven days. We will refund the purchase price under the 30 day money back guarantee but will not reimburse the return carriage cost.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in most cases within 8 working days of return of goods to us.

Warranty claims – Please contact us immediately on or email us at [email protected] with details of the fault. The faulty goods should be returned to us and will be inspected before a replacement is sent out.

We, Multiheat and Energy Systems Ltd are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
