Home office.

With the use of the internet, working from home is becoming more commonplace, whether that is to reduce commuting time and inconvenience or self employment and a better work life balance, more and more people are choosing to working from home. Working from a modern garden room, close to home, with good insulation and large sunny windows can be the most wonderful place to be, but when sitting at a desk all day the body is not generating energy to make its own warmth, it is easy to feel chilly, a spring morning can be cold or an autumn day may feel damp, an infrared heating panel on the wall above the desk will provide almost instant warmth without creating the dusty and drowsy environment caused by small fan heaters. An infrared heating panel is cheap to run with a low energy consumption it can be fitted to the wall and the cable cut short to the nearest plug socket, safe from being a trip hazard and has a smart and stylish appearance.

Spa and Therapy studio.                                      Go to the shop for a 850w heater

If you are considering having a new building for a spa or running your own therapy business from home a newly built garden room will have all energy efficiency measures in place, from well insulated walls and floor to double glazing but often with no heating, this is left to the client. Infrared panels are an ideal choice for warming people, especially when sat still, as the infrared rays can be felt on the skin providing a deep down warmth and promoting good blood circulation. Panels can be positioned above the therapy couch to target warmth. We have successfully supplied infrared heating panels to hot yoga studios, yoga rooms and other therapy studios.

Summerhouse.                                                        Go to the shop for a 600w heater

Our heating panels can be fitted with feet to enable the heater to stand on the floor. The heater will provide a gentle warm to the skin similar to sitting in the sun whilst you are in the summerhouse, infrared warms people and objects rather than the air itself, so you will feel warm even though the air temperature will still be low. If you use the summerhouse regularly it would be worthwhile insulating the walls to maintain warmth. Our panel is not designed to be portable, care should be taken not to touch or move the panel when hot.

Workshop.

Working in a cold workshop or shed can be very difficult in the winter. Often these buildings are not insulated so any heat created by fan or gas heaters is simply lost, our infrared heaters will warm you rather than the air. Infrared heaters provide almost instant warmth, there is no warm up period, so energy is not wasted. Fit a large heater on the ceiling above the workstation to feel the full benefit of infrared, once fitted the heater is out of harms way from accidental damage and will not be a tripping hazard.

Playroom / music room.                                            Go to the shop

Heating panels fitted in the ceiling cannot be touched or tampered with by children, use a simple plug in timer to create a gentle background warmth this will also prevent the heater being left on. Background warmth can also help prevent the damage caused by damp and cold in the worst of the winter. Infrared panels have a lower energy consumption compared to other forms of electrical heating and are much cheaper to run.
